Applications of BBa_K1122007

Part BBa_K1122007 was used in a three-part Genabler assembly Acceptor-Plac-(linker His1)-AmilCP(BBa_K1122007). Linker His1 was designed to have a His tag, RBS and a start codon. NEB 10-beta Competent E. coli cells were transformed with the assembly and plated on LB plates supplied with chloramphenicol and IPTG. Transformant colonies were blue in the daylight showing that the construct is functional (see Figure 1).
